If you went through the eFuneral Network to find and work with your provider, you are certainly encouraged to leave candid feedback (whether it is positive or negative) in our verified ratings and reviews section. You can even do so anonymously.
If you experience behavior from a funeral home that is egregious in nature and is in violation with federal laws — going well beyond something that can be resolved directly with the Funeral Director or through a confidential review — you may report your experience to the Federal Trade Commission at FTCcomplaintassistant.gov or through its toll-free consumer complaint hotline at 1-800-FTC-HELP.
